Injectable
Skin Boosters
Working with your skin's own biology.
Injectable skin boosters are one of Mitch's favourite approaches to healthy-ageing aesthetics because the focus is on improving the quality of the skin itself, rather than changing the shape or structure of the face.
These treatments work with your own biology, supporting hydration, tissue quality and the natural processes involved in collagen and elastin production, repair and renewal.
Depending on the treatment selected, this may involve injectable hyaluronic acid for bioremodelling, or combinations of hyaluronic acid and amino acids that provide important building blocks used within the skin and extracellular matrix.
The focus is not on adding volume.
It is about supporting hydration, elasticity, firmness, texture, resilience and overall skin vitality - allowing the skin to look healthier while preserving the individuality of your face.
At Longeva™, Mitch works with two carefully selected injectable skin treatments: Profhilo® and Sunekos®. Each works differently and can be selected according to your skin, biology, concerns and desired outcome.
Profhilo®
INJECTABLE SKIN BIOREMODELLING
Profhilo® is an injectable hyaluronic acid treatment designed to improve skin quality, hydration, firmness and elasticity without adding traditional dermal filler volume.
Rather than changing facial contours, Profhilo® works within the tissues to support the skin's own biology. Its unique formulation provides intense hydration while supporting biological processes involved in collagen and elastin production and tissue remodelling.
This process, known as bioremodelling, makes Profhilo® particularly suited to skin that has become thinner, less elastic, crepey, dehydrated or simply less vibrant with age.
The treatment disperses through the tissues rather than being used to sculpt or volumise individual facial features, making it a very different approach from traditional dermal filler.
At Longeva™, Profhilo® fits beautifully within our healthy-ageing philosophy: supporting the quality of the skin itself rather than changing the face.

Things to know
Your initial Profhilo® course consists of two treatments approximately four weeks apart.
Results are often noticeable around 10-14 days after the first treatment, with the skin beginning to appear more hydrated, refreshed and luminous.
Improvements can continue to develop progressively through the treatment course as the bioremodelling process continues.Individual response varies, and some clients may not notice significant visible improvement until after their second treatment.
Small raised areas at the injection sites are expected immediately following treatment and generally settle naturally. Temporary redness, tenderness, swelling or bruising can also occur.
All treatment is subject to individual clinical assessment and suitability.
Ongoing Maintenance
Following your initial Profhilo® course, most clients choose to repeat the two-treatment course once or twice a year to maintain their results.
There is no fixed schedule for everyone. Your skin, age, lifestyle, treatment response and individual biology will help determine when another course may be beneficial.
For clients who don't yet need another full course but would like an occasional additional boost, a single Profhilo® Booster is also available.

Profhilo® - Booster
Profhilo® Booster · $799
For returning Longeva™ clients who have previously completed a full Profhilo® course.
A single Profhilo® Booster is designed as an occasional top-up, rather than a replacement for the recommended two-treatment course.
It can be a lovely option when your skin could benefit from an additional boost of hydration and skin quality between courses, or ahead of a special event - allowing enough time beforehand for the treatment to settle and its benefits to develop.
Your skin and previous response will be reviewed to determine whether a single booster or another full Profhilo® course is most appropriate.
Your appointment includes
Review of your previous Profhilo® treatment and response
Skin assessment
Profhilo® Booster treatment where appropriate
Aftercare advice
Things to know
This appointment is for returning Profhilo® clients who have previously completed an initial treatment course.
A single booster is intended as an occasional additional treatment rather than a replacement for the standard two-treatment Profhilo® course.
Profhilo® results develop progressively, so if you're considering a booster ahead of a special event, treatment should be planned with enough time for the skin to settle and the benefits to develop.
Individual response and treatment longevity vary.

Sunekos®
INJECTABLE SKIN BIOREGENERATION
Sunekos® is an injectable skin treatment combining hyaluronic acid with a specific blend of amino acids designed to support the skin's extracellular matrix and the biological processes involved in collagen and elastin production.
Rather than adding volume or changing facial contours, Sunekos® works with the skin's own biology to support hydration, elasticity, firmness and overall tissue quality.
The amino acids provide important building blocks used within the skin, while hyaluronic acid supports hydration and the environment in which healthy skin function and renewal occur.
This makes Sunekos® particularly suited to areas where the skin has become thinner, crepey, dehydrated or less elastic, including delicate areas such as around the eyes.
At Longeva™, Sunekos® is used as a subtle, regenerative approach to skin ageing - supporting the skin rather than changing the face.

Sunekos® - Under Eyes
30 minutes · $399 per treatment
The eye area is often one of the first places we notice changes in skin quality.
The skin here is naturally thin and delicate, and with age it can become increasingly crepey, dehydrated and less elastic, contributing to fine lines and a tired appearance.
Sunekos® offers a different approach to treating this delicate area. Rather than adding volume beneath the eyes, it uses hyaluronic acid and amino acids to support the quality and structure of the skin itself.
For clients where volume replacement is neither needed nor desired, this can provide a subtle way of supporting hydration, elasticity and skin quality while maintaining the natural character of the eye area.
Ideal for
Fine lines around the eye area
Thin or crepey under-eye skin
Dehydration
Reduced elasticity
Early age-related changes around the eyes
Clients wanting to improve skin quality without adding under-eye volume
Your appointment includes
Consultation and assessment of the eye area

Things to know
Sunekos® Under Eyes is generally performed as a course of three treatments approximately two weeks apart.
Results are progressive and can be subtle. Early changes may be noticeable from around 10-14 days, with improvement continuing throughout the course and potentially for up to approximately three months following completion.
Not every under-eye concern is caused by skin quality alone. Hollowing, pigmentation, fluid retention and other anatomical factors can contribute to the appearance of the area, so suitability and realistic expectations will be discussed during your assessment.Individual results and response vary.

Treatment Review
At Longeva™, your care continues beyond the treatment itself. Mitch recommends that all new clients return for a complimentary review approximately two weeks after their first treatment. This allows her to check that everything has settled and is working as expected, answer any questions and ensure you’re happy with your result.
You won’t necessarily require a review after every future appointment, but it is particularly recommended following your first treatment at Longeva™.
